Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
*Ensure grounds and buildings are safe, clean, and well-kept
*Assist with event set-up and tear-down as needed
*Conduct regular inspections and report any issues promptly
*Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
*Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
*Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
*Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team​​
1 part-time position in Housekeeping
Responsibilities:
*Cleaning included, but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, lodges, restrooms, and meeting spaces to ensure cleanliness & hygiene
*Washing & Folding Laundry
*Restocking supplies
*Maintain Organization
*Customer Service
*Safely handle chemicals
Qualifications:
​*Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently & also as a team
*Ability to lift & carry items, bend, kneel, & stand for extended periods of time
*Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests & other team members
*Someone reliable, punctual, & dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
