Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our 2nd Annual Jingle Bell Bash! We’re excited to bring together a variety of vendors to celebrate the holiday season. Please complete the application below to be considered for participation.

A Little Note from Us: We’ve got exciting news—this year, we’re expanding the vendor areas inside our main building! That means more room, more vendors, more energy, and more chances to showcase amazing businesses like yours.

To keep things fun and full of variety, we’re aiming for a unique mix of vendors. So, if you’re thinking about joining us (yay!), be sure to get your application in soon—spaces will fill up quickly, and we’d love to save you a spot!

Please note: while we’d love to welcome everyone, submitting an application does not guarantee a spot—but we’ll do our best to include as many as we can!

As we finalize booth placements, please be mindful when setting up. Please avoid blocking neighboring booths. We’re all here to spread holiday cheer — let’s keep the aisles jolly and the layout merry!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive at least three confirmation emails and text messages leading to the event. These messages serve as a courtesy to confirm your continued participation. If we do not receive a response at least 3 weeks before the event (November 8, 2025), we will assume you are unable to attend and will offer your spot to another vendor.
