PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive at least three confirmation emails and text messages leading to the event. These messages serve as a courtesy to confirm your continued participation. If we do not receive a response at least 2 weeks before the event (November 15, 2025), we will assume you are unable to attend and will offer your spot to another vendor.
